The area is ideal for visiting us, offering a variety of activities for all ages to enjoy in the surroundings, along with a diverse selection of restaurants just a short walk away from each other.

Apartment Rules
1. Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-in at 4:00 PM.
- Check out by 11:00 AM.
2. Noise Levels:
- Keep the volume down after 10 PM.
3. Guests:
- Stick to the number of guests listed in your booking. Extra people need the host’s okay.
4. Property Care:
- Treat the place like you own it.
5. Smoking Policy:
- No smoking indoors.
6. Pets:
- To be discussed upon requirement. Our cozy apartment is home to a tiny Dachshund who thinks she owns the place. Prepare for wagging tails, big attitude.
7. Cleaning:
- Leave the place tidy.
8. Kitchen Use:
- You are welcome to make full use of the kitchen, which is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
9. Safety:
- We prioritize safety with alarm system and security camera in the garden and front terrace to ensure guests feel protected throughout your stay.
10. Internet and Utilities:
- WiFi available. Turn off lights and A/C when you leave the apartment.
11. Outdoor Areas:
- Enjoy the outdoors, leave everything tidy after using it.
12. Parking:
- Parking is permitted in front of garage doors or residences as long as there is no ‘no parking’ zone indicated.
13. Enjoyment:
- If you experience an issue, let us know. We’re here to make your stay enjoyable.
